I’m an avid user of the app, but I understand the app programs haven’t been updated alongside updates to the spreadsheet. Do you know when we can expect to see those updates? Also for strength 1 are there any high level changes we can implement? I understand it’s less overall volume. Should I just take off a working set from each exercise?
The app is still in beta and thus, there are some features that don’t quite work yet. When the app is fully released, the programs will sync up.
I would use the newest version of the templates to guide your programming. I don’t think it’s correct to say it’s less volume, so I wouldn’t take a working set off from each exercise.
