Running your beginner template, phase 2. I can’t do pull ups / chin ups for the time being for GPP, and would like to know how I would differentiate “barbell rows” for GPP and “barbell rows” for main lift day (day 2, third slot of phase 2), should I do a myoreps/amrap version on gpp days to change it up? Don’t have access to machines etc, work out in my home gym which is still lacking on a lot of equipment, got a simple rack, bench / incline bench and barbell.
