Would you recommend, or not recommend/ doesn’t matter if someone uses a belt with the beginner template?
If you do recommend it, or if it doesn’t matter, would you like to see trainees use a belt on all lifts, or only use a belt for a select number of lifts (ie: squat x 4@6,7,8, deadlifts x 4 @6,7,8: use belt , but squats x7 and x10@6,7,8 and deadlifts x8@ 6,7,8 with no belt)?
