I’m just beginning the Powerlifting 2 template and there is an overload squat day and I’ve chosen to do knee wraps.
How much weight should I be using at 4 reps at RPE 7, 9, and 9 compared to my competition squat. I only use knee sleeves for competition squats.
No one can really tell you this, and you’ll still use RPE to suss this out. Keep in mind that there is also a learning curve to using wraps, so that makes it doubly tough for anyone to say that anyone should be able to add any particular amount.
