I was planning to do some overload squats in wraps as a variation exercise. Since I won’t have anyone wrapping me, I was thinking about buying SBD training knee wraps.
Did anyone try them out? Are they strong enough to work as an overload? I’ve never used knee wraps before so I don’t know what to expect.
Just in case - my raw squat 1RM is 405lbs at 183lbs BW.
