Hi Coaches! Just purchased your Powerlifting II template and am looking forward to starting.
One question regarding exercise selection for overload squats. I don’t have access to chains or bands and have never used wraps. Would there be a suggested alternative exercise to sub in here until i’m able to get up to speed with the gear needed?
How would you recommend doing overload squats with bands anyway? Would you mount them at the top so they give some assistance out of the hole (similar to a squat suit or the slingshot in the bench for example) or mount them at the bottom so they give some additional resistance at the lock-out?
