Hello, I’ve been dieting for a while with the goal of hitting around 10% body fat, maintaining it for a month or two, and then going into a bulk period. Using the guideline in your waist measurement it says my waist is about 32.3 inches. Is there a reliable correlation to this being around 10% body fat? The US Navy internet calculator says I’m 8% when I plug in my info, but I don’t know how reliable that is.
Nope. For example, my waist circumference is 31" but I’m probably about 13-15% BF right now.
Thanks, Jordan. Is there a reliable way to calculate body fat percentage? I’ve always just used the online calculator due to its convenience. Or just eyeball it? I have a six pack when flexed lol, besides that I don’t know how to really determine such things.
