Hello,
Given that people in my gym regularly let go of barbells from overhead height, or even literally thrust them downwards from waist height because they’re so strong and tough:
1.) Do you recommend wearing earplugs in the gym to protect against hearing loss from repeated exposure to very loud clanging and bouncing of barbells/weights?
2.) If you don’t recommend wearing earplugs in the gym while training, why not?
