So what is considered Low, Med, High when it comes to the activity portion of the calculator.

I sit on my butt in an office for 8-9 hours a day
I come home and currently running Hyper I template plus 2 additional 30 min liss sessions
I walk my dog for one mile every night and twice on saturday and sunday

Here’s a good rule of thumb from our Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) Calculator:

How many steps per day do you average:

  1. <5000 (1 point)
  2. 5000 to 8000 (2 points)
  3. 8000+ (3 points)

How many days per week do you exercise (lift weights, do cardio, play sports) for more than 30-minutes?

  1. < 3 days (1 point)
  2. 3 to 5 days (2 points)
  3. 5 days (3 points)

At work or school, how active are you?

  1. Mostly sedentary. Not very active (1 point)
  2. Moderately active (2 points)
  3. Very active (3 points)

Scoring

  1. 4 points or less= light
  2. 5-7 points= medium
  3. 8+ points= high
