Hello again, do you guys have any recommendation when it comes to how much bodyweight can someone gain per inch of waist gain, what should we aim for during a bulk? Is 3-4kg of bodyweight gain really good if your waist has only increased 1 inch? Thanks.
Eh, it’s more complicated than that based on someone’s starting weight, waist circumference, weight loss history, training status, etc.
For those reasons, there are no general rules here. 3-4kg for 1" may be fine depending on other factors.
