Hello,
I’ve been doing the bridge 3.0 for a couple of weeks now and am wondering whether I should keep my calories about the same or lower them.
Height 6’.
Started at 201 lbs, with about a 39-40 waist measurement.
Two weeks later: 208 lbs with 39 waist measurement.
I gained weight but I’m right on the boundary of the waist limit, although it has not really gone up.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
