Keep Gaining or Chill?

Hey Jordan,

I am finishing up my LP currently approaching the end of Advanced Novice. I purchased the Bridge and will be switching to that within the next couple weeks. Wondering what to do about nutrition during the Bridge. I followed the advice from your Beast article and found individuals of similar stats on the forums to guide me to this point.

Lifts:
Squat: 95 → 305
Deadlift: 155 → 345
Bench: 85 → 215
Press: 65–> 145

Nutrition (Last 7-day average):
Calories: 3421
Protein: 200
Carbs: 356
Fat: 136
Fiber: 52

Weight:
173 → 205 (still gaining ~2 lbs per week)

Waist:
32.5 → 34.2 in

This was since January 1st. Thank you for your time.

How old and how tall are you?

30 years old. 6’2’’

I’d gain weight.

I don’t think weight gain is likely to be linear and 2lbs per week is going to taper off soon. I’d slow it down to half that.
