Weight training for sport athletes

From what I’ve gathered from q&a and things like that you advocate for a concurrent periodization method but not in the way dup does where there is different days for the training modalities and for in season athletes you should basically just try and mantain your strength as it’s going to be hard to build it if you’re experienced.

my questions are: how would you set up concurrent if they aren’t on different days?
And would you do a similar type of programming in season compared to the off season just with maybe less training days or something like that?

I think you can train multiple different adaptations on the same day, so you don’t have to cluster all hypertrophy, power, or strength work on its own separate day.

I would do the same thing in-season, yes.
