Ive been on a calorie deficit for a while now with decent weightloss results, but have stalled. Hoping for some specific advice on where to go from here.
M, 33 yo, 35” waist, 6’ tall, 175 lbs
started at 42” waist and 215 lbs.
Goals are losing inches off waist while increasing strength in the barbell lifts. Would eventually like to start slowly gaining weight and muscle size. Would like to be around a 33-34” waist when that process begins.
Currently re-running the strength 1 template, and have completed powerbuilding 1 and the beginner template.
Current appx macros (+/- 10g) spread over 4 meals per day:
Protein: 200g
Carbs: 275g
fat: 50-70g (mostly at dinner)
9-10 servings of fruits and vegetables (mostly raw, for convenience sake, maybe not ideal)
Notes:
My first move, I think, would be to cut out more dietary fat at dinner, but are there any other recommendations you would make based on the info above?
