Or any other specific exercise regiment (ie training for a verticaial which recruits the most muscle mass in an instant). Is there any evidence in scientific literature of these exercises resulting in direct epigenetic advantages? I imagine a woman doing resistance training would increase her ATP/anaerobic capacity. Have offspring with more ATP in their mitochondria(passed down on the X chromosome). Whether they can utilize it efficiently for resistance training is another question in itself.
I imagine something like this could be a great motivation in training as well
Thought I’d ask.
