Epigenetics LDR, sprinting, lifting, which provides the best advnatages?

I imagine this is really a retarded question, with so many dimensions to it, that science cannot answer this in our lifetime. However is there any evidence that some exercises are better at creating sitautions that are advantageous for our childre. For instance ACTN3 modified by what type of cardio I do. A child inherting the mitochiondria of a mother who lifts.

What are your thoughts on this?

I thought of this as I have to cut back lifting for a golden gloves boxing tournament. I love boxing, and I love sprinting and lifting, but boxing is an endurance sport where cardio must be far higher in volume and longer than sprinting distances.
