What counts as "high incline bench"?

Just like the title says.

I just started the second block of powerbuilding III.

The third day prescribes high incline bench, but does not specify an angle.

It also prescribes close grip incline bench, but specifies 15°.

This is usually how I try and communicate incline bench angles:

  • Low = 15*
  • Normal= 30
  • High =45-60

Yessir! Good call out. Degrees from flat/horizontal would be the correct way to interpret this.
