Im currently running Powerbuilding 1 Gen 2. Really liking the program and layout so far. Starting week 2 tomorrow. On Friday, i did the low incline bench. The program calls for 15 degree low incline bench. My adjustable.bench is either flat, or 30 degrees. I guess i could sat my bench up on something, but not sure how stable that would be.
Is 30 degree low incline likely to yield the desired result and just qork with what I have, or would you favor setting part of the bench on a block to try to approximate 15 degrees?

30* degree is totally fine. Having tried to incline bench heavy a block in various ways, I would not generally recommend that.

Also, I’ll be sure to follow up when I complete the template to let you know how it went. The added isolation dumbell exercises are a fun change of pace in addition to the big 3.
I also suspect this template will end up holding a special place in my heart when its done, as its likely the template ill be running when I finally hit the 1,000 pound club. E1rm total right now is 988 and everything feels good, so i think ill get the 12 pounds on this block. We’ll see.
