Powerbuilding 1 Clarifications

Hello,

i just purchased the powerbuilding 1 template and wanted to make sure a couple things were correct:

  1. Weeks 4 and 5 for bench and press have 6@6; 6@7X2; 6@8 with some repeats - is the 6@7X2 accurate? I just haven’t seen repeats outside of top sets so I wanted to make sure.

  2. Weeks 7-10 on SLDL I see 8@6; 8@8 with some repeats - it skips over 8@7, is that intentional? Again just haven’t seen it before so I was wondering.

templates look great and very satisfied with them, especially hypertrophy which is quite new and different!
