what should i do?

i had 2 years bb and 9 months pl experience, i havent touched a bar for last 3 months. i am 177 cm and 74 kg. male. waist size around 90 cm.

as i know you always recommend 32-33’’ waist size. i will return to gym (2 days home + 2 days gym in a week) my training program is good. but i dont know what to do about eating.

according to calculater my maintain calori is 2800, i want to look bigger. i dont know if i cut first around 2500 cal per day till i reach my waist size goal or eat for caloric surplus and track my shape (mirror check) and cut later for waist size.

Ali,

You might try eating at maintenance for ~2 months to see if your waist trends down with you returning to the gym. If not, I would lose weight first to reduce your waist circumference.
