im on the beginner template. The incline dumbbell press calls for 2 sets @ RPE 8.
65 lbs feels like RPE 7
70 lbs feels like RPE 9
my gym doesn’t have dumbbells between those weights. What do I do?

In this case I’d plan on doing 2 sets @ 65lbs that feel like RPE 8, which may be an extra repetition or two. Do that until you can move up to the next heavier weight for the prescribed RPE.
Alternatively, you could work up to a set @ RPE 9 (70lbs in this case) and then do 1 back down set to ~ RPE 8 at a lighter weight, e.g. 65lbs.
Either way works well depending on preferences.
