I’ve aced my Vital 5 (and the additional 6th one on insulin resistance) other than my ApoB is at 70. My MacroFactor 3 month analysis shows I ate on average 36g of fiber a day, 21g of saturated fat (8.5% of total calories ~2205). Latest blood panel was:
- 192 Total
- 94 HDL
- 57 Trigs
- 85 LDL
- 2.0 CHOL/HDLC ratio
- 98 NON-HDLC
- 7.8 Lp(a)
If everything else is in the ideal/optimal score and this is slightly off (70 vs 60) - I dunno much more than I can do that I’m already doing? But statins+pharma feels overkill even if not in the optimal range? What are people supposed to take away from that action plan in a case like mine?
