When to further restrict calories

Hey everybody! Hope you all are doing well! This is my first post on the BBM forums, so do forgive me if I make any mistakes!

I am 168cm in height and I’ve been cutting since 11 May 2020. My initial weight is 78.1kg (unknown waist circumference as I did not measure it on day 1, but am assuming around 88 - 90 cm), and my current bodyweight is 72.2 kg this morning. I am also currently running the beginner template (week 4.2), along with 2 days of LISS conditioning, as prescribed in the programme.

I intend to continue losing weight until I reach a bodyweight of about 67 - 68 kg. However, my bodyweight has remained relatively constant for about 7 days now (average ~ 72 kg). What would be a sufficient time interval to justify a further decrease in calories and/or an increase in the amount of conditioning? I weigh myself everyday in the morning under the same conditions.

Usually a week or two of little to no progress with respect to weight or waist circumference makes me want to change up the intervention.

Nah. Once per week should do it.
