I feel silly asking because I think I know the answer, but if I don’t ask, I won’t know.
Based on your recommendation I’m starting off with a cheaper whey concentrate. Twice a day, and all is good.
But im wondering if I’m to experience any issues and should switch to isolate, will I discover this:
a) pretty damn quick as in same day
b) over a period of days
I’m pretty sure I’m gonna know right away if I can’t tolerate concentrate but i just want To make sure I’m not over looking any residual/cumulative effect.
P.s vanilla whey + diet crush orange = creamsicle ice cream flavor = I love my life!
