33 years old. Orthopaedic surgery resident. Have some lighter rotations in the end of my residency. Athlete with barbell hx in medical school who had to put it down for a bit. Started SSLP in May. Was 5’7, 140 and am now 165-170lbs
Squat, 3x5 for 295
Deadlift 1x5, 310
Bench 3x5, 190
Press 3x4, 140
I am starting to accumulate injuries. Patellar tendon started bothering me after my last squat (have had patellar tendinopathy in past w/ cycling). Wrist sprain from press. I think I am nearing the end of the usefulness of SSLP and want to know what BarbellMedicine Template you recommend next?
I’ve liked what I’ve seen from your website and articles.
TLDR: SSLP great progress, accumulating injuries, probably dont need rehab program, just need to avoid fatigue. Whats best template for me?
