Back on my old faithful base DL program. (MM 2 week DL portion only)
Despite running three weeks of something else, at fairly high intensity, i felt like i finally started remembering how to deadlift a few sets in to the worksets today.
Single was slower than it should have been.
Body is remembering what leg drive is now though.
