Would my bench be legal?

I am running Bridge 2.0 and have a question about my pause bench form. To me it looks like I am pausing but then do a mini bounce before coming up. Would this be a legal lift?

If you ever plan on actually competing, I’d practice pausing for longer, like a full second (“one-one-thousand-press”) with the bar at a complete dead stop. You never know how long it’ll take for the judge to give the ‘press’ command and they won’t give it til they see the bar not moving.

Yeah, going from touch and go form prior to running Bridge, it does feel like the bar is sitting long enough, but I will force myself to hold it longer. Thanks
