100+g of protein / day from shakes -- bad idea?

Hey Jordan,
I have a lot of trouble eating consistently and hitting my protein numbers. Shakes with whey protein add a lot of protein with minimal effort on my part, but is there any downside (apart from potential digestive discomfort) to getting 100-150g of protein a day from powdered whey? Or am I good as long as I’m hitting my macros?

I don’t think there is anything unhealthy about it per se’, though I would prefer capping intake at 2 shakes/day and getting the rest from whole foods to meet your 1.6g/kg/day protein target. I think that helps build a good dietary pattern.
