12 Week Strength Template Clarification

Starting on Week 9, Day 1, Exercise 2 lists the OHP, but the method is TNG bench. Is that correct with Exercise 3 being paused bench?

Also, is there any way to put in decimals for weight and RPE (e.g. RPE 8.5)?

Finally, is there much of a difference between the original HLM template and 2.0? I’m trying to plan my next training block after finishing the 12 week strength template and have previously run the original HLM template.

Week 9 is correct, you will be increasing the bench specificity there.

At this time, we don’t have a way to log decimals, and we’d argue that in the end it’s not really going to matter. :-). Make a judgement about the RPE, closer to 8 or closer to 9 and then go with that number.

And the new HLM has the newest logger format along with some altered rep ranges and different supplemental movement selections.

The new version of the templates actually do halves for RPE they round the number up but calculate based on the original number input.
