12 week strength

82kg / waist 36"

Squat 167kg
Bench 113kg
Deadlift 175kg
Press 70kg
Kcal 4647, P 210, C 541, F 162.

Training History:
Previously, I have been training for about 3 years with powerbuilding program. I am currently on week 10 of the 12 week strength template, so far my e1rm has been progressing every week accordingly. I weighed 77kg on week 1 and my current weight is 82kg. Since my waist is coming close to 37", should I be in a caloric deficit or should I maintain my current weight?

Goal:
To get as strong as I could, specifically on my 1RM squat, bench, deadlift and press.
Will it be wise to run the 12 week strength template again once I’ve completed it?

You can run the template again, sure. I would advise maintaining BW right now and trying to decrease your waist circumference for the next 3 months. If this doesn’t work, I would lose weight with a target waist of 33-34"

do I need to increase the volume? If so, how can I Do it ? Having more backoff sets ?

How can be this done ? Do I still eat the same amount of calorie intake? Should I be doing extra cardio session ?
