After 13 week strength

Hi there guys,

Firstly thanks for all the fantastic info your constantly putting out there :slight_smile:

Quick stats:
Age 44
Training on and off for a couple of years but really only properly and consistently with dedicated programmes for the last 6 months.
Squat 170kg /374lb
Deadlift 200kg /440lb
Bench 101kg / 222lb

Im currently on week 11 of the 13 wk strength template and despite suffering with an illness in the latter part ive made some good progress,notably my bench with an increase of 20kg!
As im not aiming to compete anytime soon at least is it worth my while finishing the last 2 weeks of this template and secondly I took my measurement as described by Jordan regarding adipose fat and im 38inch so i need to address this asap. I was thinking of next doing the power-building template to lose some of the gut build some mass and hopefully not lose to much strength, just wondered if im thinking along the right path or is there another way / template that would be more beneficial to me? Time dedicated to the gym isn’t an issue thankfully. Help and guidance much appreciated.

I would finish the template and then do either the powerbuilding or hypertrophy templates while being in a calorie deficit. Go crush some PRs first though, as you’ve earned it.
