Need to lose fat - strength template?

I am about 20% body fat right now and was shocked (shocked!) to discover that my waist circumference is 37". So I need to lose some of this and it’s become clear to me that my conditioning needs a boost. I was planning on doing the Strength I template but now I am wondering if I should redo the General Strength and Conditioning template until I get my waist circumference down.

Appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Strength I would be fine if you are going to run it on a calorie deficit. I think if you just ran the General S/C template and wanted a change of pace, the Strength I template is a good place to go.
