Hello, I have a couple questions about the new 2nd gen strength I template.

For the fatigued singles: if the prescribed single is at 85% for example, is that 85% of the estimated 1RM for the last working set? Or maybe e1RM of the set @8?

If there is an exercise that says 2 sets of 8-10 @8-9 and 2 sets of 10-15 @8-10 for example, would be a double progression where the same weight is used for all 4 sets? Or is it more like two different progressions back to back using different weights?
Thoughts on this would be appreciated. Currently on week 2 of the 4 day split, loving the upper lower style. Keep up the great content. Thanks
