I have 2 quick questions for you.

I am currently running powerlifting 2 and just wanted to clarify this workout, it is a little confusing. The workout is “(1@8, 75% e1RM x 5 reps x 5 sets of 5 reps)” after the single at 8 is it just 5 sets of 5 reps at 75% of e1RM?

After I finish the powerlifting 2 template is there a hypertrophy template you would suggest running if I plan on just repeating the 2 templates ( powerlifting and hypertrophy) back to back for a while?
