Getting ready to start the 3-day hypertrophy template and I have two questions:

Should I back off of the calculated 1 rep max from my current template (this is my last week of the time crunch-pivot template) when starting the hypertrophy program?

I don’t have access to dumbbells, so on Day 2, exercise 3 of the hypertrophy template, can I do touch-and-go barbell bench for myoreps?
