2 Questions on 3-day hypertrophy template

Getting ready to start the 3-day hypertrophy template and I have two questions:

  1. Should I back off of the calculated 1 rep max from my current template (this is my last week of the time crunch-pivot template) when starting the hypertrophy program?

  2. I don’t have access to dumbbells, so on Day 2, exercise 3 of the hypertrophy template, can I do touch-and-go barbell bench for myoreps?

  1. I wouldn’t lower your e1RM without good evidence that it’s gone down. I would recommend sticking to RPE to select weights.
