Over the past 1-1.5 years progressed in the following with your templates:
Strength I → Strength I → Time Crunch → Powerlifting II → Powerbuilding II
My stats:
5’9”
195lbs, 34 inch waist
Squat e1RM: 437lbs
Comp. Bench Press e1RM: 302lbs
Deadlift e1RM: 556lbs
Powerbuilding II was great, but the gym has felt like a grind from hell lately so I figured I’d change it up with a hypertrophy-focused template.
Should I just go straight to Hypertrophy II, or should I do the first one first?
