If I’ve ran all 3 blocks of the bodybuilding template already, should I still do all three blocks on my 2nd run through? Or would it be better to start on block 2?

Yep, I’d restart from block I. Gives you a chance to really leverage all this work capacity and training tolerance you’ve built up. I think you’ll be surprised at the results
