*sigh* whats next, yet again

next Week I am going to finish BB II Block I (before I did Block I 3 Days) is the Idea of the BB II template to run Block I II III after another or would it be a good Idea to switch to PB III again and after that Block II BB and so on, or would that be too much of a back and forth in training styles?

Yep, we would recommend running blocks I through III successively provided your goal is still primarily hypertrophy. I don’t think putting PB III in the middle would change your outcomes much, if at all.
