I’ve been running Medium/Light ISF/Strength 3 for over a year and wanted to switch to something more BB focused for a few months. I’ve done 6 week blocks before of BB phase 1, 2 or 3, but it’s been a couple years. Which phase of which bodybuilding template would you recommend I start with for ~3ish (18 weeks?) blocks?
If stats matter, male 47, 6’1", 185 33" waist 370/265/485.
I think if you’re going to run 4-5 months of BB, running through BB I or BB II would be fine. If you ran BB I before and liked it, I see no issue with repeating it starting from block I. If you want to do something new, BB II- also starting from block I- would be advisable.
BB II has more volume than BB I, it uses a double progression model, programs lengthened partials, and includes an additional 3-day version of the template.
