Best bodybuilding phase

having just come off of Hypertrohy II, Strength II and powerbuilding II is starting on BB phase II a bad idea? or would you reccomend still starting on phase I with the lower volume? with the intention of completing phase III afterwards.

I would start on phase I, as I think you’ll grow quite a bit on there. I’d also stretch the blocks to 6-7 weeks if you can!
