2x/week training

I’m interested in getting my wife to try some resistance training and she seems somewhat receptive. She currently does Orange Theory and enjoys that, so that is a bigger priority for her. I was thinking she might be willing to try 2x/week of resistance training to start and am looking for suggestions on a way to program that, or if a 3x/week program could be adjusted to 2x/week.

Our Beginner Prescription and Template would be perfect for her.

Any suggestions for adapting it to 2x/week? I understand 3x/week is the minimum recommendation and the goal, I just know she’s already shown to be more receptive to at least starting with 2x/week. My hope is when she gets comfortable with barbell training she will be more apt to start doing it 3x/week.

2x/wk are the current minimums and I would just run 2 days of the program per week. No real need to modify it otherwise IMO.
