Do I do warm up reps before my activation set of 8 rpe for my myoreps?
Yep, you should warm up just like you do for any other exercise.
Yes just keep in mind your first set of Myoreps will be 12 or more, so you don’t need a lot of warmup. I do sets of 5 for warmups just like I would anything else. I’ll end with a set of 5 using the same weight I’ll do for myoreps, but then take 2-3 minutes to rest before jumping into the activation set.
I am confused about paused squat for a deadlift supplemental lift? Sorry only on my first week. And gpp on the days I do not lift? Arm work,ab work and upper back 2x a week like my liss?
Yes, GPP on non-lifting days. I just finished doing mind. 30’ish minutes of LISS cardio, then I did 5 sets of chinups, followed by 4 sets of 12 on LTE and then BB Curls.
Don’t get hung up on the templates sometimes using a supplemental lift that doesn’t fit the description. For example, you might see S-B2 refer to a Pendlay Row or something. The exercises change around at various times in most of the templates.
