Hello! In a couple weeks I need to take 8 weeks to prepare for my pt test (its not hard, but I do need quite a few weeks to run because I suck at it). I have completed the endurance template before, but I wanted to complete a different one this time. I was considering the time crunch template or the HLM template. I wanted a 3 day template to focus on strength and have three days to focus on running and other GPP. What would suggest in this scenario? Thank you!

Hey Jordan, thanks for the recommendation. I didn’t even consider that, but I picked it up and I feel like its aligned with my goals. I looked over the HLM and I was kind of concerned that it might be too much considering I will be adding a third running day.
