50% Strength and 50% Conditioning

I have approx. 5 hours of training per week.

The goal is to use the time to get as healthy as possible.

Is it best done by 50% strength and 50% conditioning?

Or should the distribution be different?

I think the program you are running now is likely to be great for health promotion. I do not think time resources for strength and conditioning should be 50/50 for health or performance. Rather, time allocation is going to vary based on goals, preferences, and current fitness needs, to name a few.
