I just tested my bench today and got 205x1 (didn’t test 210 but it might’ve been possible). when working with @7,@8, @9 progressions on a lift with this 1rm, the progression is only by 5 pounds. Should I still adhere to this? (165x5, 170x5, 175x5) I think I may be overthinking this but the small increments just feel odd to me for some reason.
