@7, @8, @9 on weaker lifts

I just tested my bench today and got 205x1 (didn’t test 210 but it might’ve been possible). when working with @7,@8, @9 progressions on a lift with this 1rm, the progression is only by 5 pounds. Should I still adhere to this? (165x5, 170x5, 175x5) I think I may be overthinking this but the small increments just feel odd to me for some reason.

It’s not super clear to me what your question is, or what the alternative to the strategy you used would be. For lower absolute loads, RPE increments will tend to be smaller in absolute terms than heavier loads.
