RPE Progression

Hey guys,

Quick RPE question:

Let’s say the program called for 5@6, 5@7, 5@8 and week 1 I did 90kg, 95kg and 100kg respectively, how would you approach week 2? What numbers would you have planned for your warm up that you could use to determine if you should add weight and what signs would you be looking for?
