1 I’ve never done some of the Supp lifts I.e. high bar squat, close grip bench and such. How do you determine RPE for these lifts?
2 when I do week to week in the same month do I maintain the same RPE weight until next month or is there a time to increase built in?
i appreciate your time and the work you put in.

Hi Sonny,
The FB page is a great place to ask these questions so we make sure we see them.
- You warm up with the rep scheme prescribed, and when the bar speed slows down, getting you a weight where you would very likely still have 3 reps left, you are at RPE 7.
- I am not sure I understand this question. The program is only one month at a time, and during this month, your goal is to add weight to the bar each week, provided you stay at the RPE.
Hey Leah thanks for the reply. So I understand For RPE 7 is 3 in the tank. Would that also mean 8 is 2 in tank and 6 would be 4 in tank?
also each week I would be increasing my weight to hit RPE based on that lifting day. Is there a predetermined increase? Such as when I was doing LNP I was increasing 5 pounds a day?

Hey Leah. I just finished watching Alan thralls 2 videos on RPE and it explained and answered all my questions. Thank you for your help.
