7 Week GPP Hypertrophy Bias (4-Day) - GPP question

I have a question about working in GPP exercises in after the main exercises for the day. The GPP exercises each have a different focus - arm work, conditioning etc. Is it recommended that I just pick one for each of the 4 days or try and do more on each day? How exactly are these intended to be worked into a workout without having them as a separate day?

Hello! The GPP work can either be done on non-training days, as GPP sessions, or you can tack GPP on after you lift. There is no need to match anything up as the priority is getting that work done when you are best able to schedule it.
