I’m 31 years old male weight about 94 kg /1.77 / 20% BF~ and waist circumference of 96-97.
I have a family history of high cholesterol (both my parents use statins and my LDL result in the last blood test I did was high ( LDL at 170.4mg/dl, HDL at 39/mg/dl and non-HDL cholesterol at 200).
resulting in me moving on to a more aerobic focused program in the aim to lower my BF and to elevate my HDL.
my program of choice was the 7 weeks gpp for start.
my questions are :
- can I do the program in 3-day format by combing the aerobic and the anaerobic into the same training session (I.e not morning and evening split).
- consider my cholesterol situation - what kind of program would suit me following the 7-week gpp template if I want to get stronger and still keep my cholesterol and normal healthy range?
