I’m on week 3 of the 12 w strength and my question is: do you think I would be better off running a cut on one the gpp templates due to my age and waist size?
Ive no interest in competing and, although getting stronger is a goal, perhaps, due to my age, I’m better off leaning out a bit and then training for strength whilst mainting bf%?
